Return / Refund Policy

You may return unopened items sold by Kind Hippo within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Kind Hippo is not responsible for return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just contact us to arrange any returns.

Refunds are processed when all products have been received back and in to our facility and verified as unopened.
